Being the worlds most popular sport but no where near that in America has been a big struggle for MLS. They are gaining ground but needed some help with their websites to continue to gain popularity. They realized that Drupal was the best solution for them and were excited to adopt the platform. For this project they needed not only to rebuild the MLS homepage but also all of the leagues clubs as well in order to create a seamless experience for all their fans.

Building this massive assortment of sites and themes required a lot of organization and team work from the project team. Additionally having the whole team working remotely communication was a key component of this project. There were many technologies and requirements that needed to be integrated with the new system, such as a centralized statistics source, and existing Ad/Sponsor network, and many licensing and royalty considerations. The development team took on these challenges and delivered a great final product.

My primary responsibilities for this project were implementing the theming, working out bugs during QA, and providing Drupal consulting and expertise on best practices for implementation and development.
